Absolutely fantastic staff. Super friendly and willing to engage in conversation. Meal was delicious and super quick to come out after ordering. And the character and atmosphere of the building and lay out make you feel very at home. Couldn't recommend more!

( March/2018 ) Generally speaking, This place is Quite GOOD !! 1st Visit -- I wasn't Really understand the Service Style .. 2nd Visit -- I Felt the Easy, Relax and Welcoming Style. I Like it.. ( A+++ ) The Customer Service were Good at both Tables and Reception area. *** The ONLY issue that I'm not quite sure about is the Quality of The MEAT !! Some Meat were Dry and Tough, Is it because Lone Star purchase the CHEAPER than Standard Meat Products?? So, the Quality is Low ?? I Don't know the Answer..... And, I'm sure the Reply from the management team will Deny it..... Anyway, I WILL COME BACK again for Sure..... YES, I Like this Place!! (....To Management Team ....The Dishes are NOT Cheap at all, please Upgrade your Meat Product & Quality !! )

Very busy usually all the time. Cannot reserve tables just have to show up - this can be good or bad depending on the current popularity at the time. Lots of younger females seem to go here - can be very loud and not conducive to having conversations. Prices are pretty expensive for what you get - definitely not 5 star food but you will be paying 5 star prices. Would definitely not recommend the Nachos - some of the worst I have ever eaten.

Really good food and drinks, alot of selection, portion was good amount, only down side was the slow service

Service and food quality are both good and b it's great they are using free range chicken but their vegetarian mains a very limited (nachos or a bean burrito). Can't speak for the nachos but the burrito was just ok, not as flavoursome as their meat meals. That being said they're meat meals are very good and great portion sizes. On the plastic side be aware that their doggy bag containers are single use plastic and despite us asking for no straw in our cocktails this request send to be forgotten about.
