Staff in this Library is very kind and helpful, they are so patient and are always ready to help. Roma is very kind and humble person who assisted me over phone and it was even more nice to meet her personally in Library.
Excellent facilities, and very professional and helpful staff. The library has a section for small businesses to work in with an Adobe suite available. Internet could be faster, but 4G connectivity compensates for that.
Staff were quite rude. Would not stop talking and if you asked for help, they would act annoyed.
I just love how it's quiet and has things for all ages. Also printing is cheap and books are pretty nice.
I am very upset with the failure of the staff. Two of them were very unfriendly and they were old. I respect them however bcoz of their attitude towards me bcoz of me wearing a hijab maybe.. they lost that respect that I had for them. I hope better staff are hired that are do not discriminate. This was very unfortunate and should not happen to anyone. Thanks.
I have been waiting for the baby/kid classes to come back to life due to covid. And they finally have, but when I booked in to wriggle and rhyme I was made to feel like I shouldn’t be attending with my 1 year old daughter as I might be “embarrassed”. I preserved and got the booking. Now I have just been called the night before the class to “suggest” I should go to the baby class instead. Wouldn’t recommend this library to anyone as the staff need to re education themselves on how to speak/treat to customers and how they make people feel. Incase anyone is wondering according to the website it’s for ages 0-5years.
Helpful staff, very fast computers, loads of books to choose from. Great parking under and very organised clean library
Bring back the quiet library where you could read in peace. The loudest people here are the staff followed by the children.
Well organised and welcoming environment
On Wednesday the 17th of February i tried to enter the library with a hot snack , when approached by a library staff Toni told me that this isnt a cafe, its a library and that i would have to get rid of it to get in. I am okay with the fact that no food is aloud in hot food , just would expect a more mature response from an elderly staff.
