Would be nice if there was a quiet area for those of the community that are trying to study, some patrons are just rude and have no regards to others in the library talking out loud answering phone calls etc but then again i dont believe the library enforces this - whilst i understand at times that the library gets busy, it would be ideal for a quiet study area for the rest of us...having a ps4 for the kids or a piano in the young adult area doesn’t help 🤕... 3 study rooms is not sufficient...

The library has a great range and is easy to navigate. Staff are lovely, always helpful and pleasant. The only problem is that parents let their children run around and scream out. No one seems to teach children that libraries are quiet places.

Friendly and helpful staff... Woodridge library are the totally opposite.. Not friendly and not helpful, you feel like you're not wanted there... So if I want to relax or need something done with a bit of help, I'd go to Springwood Library.

Great programs for kids, very friendly librarians. Love to come here often.

Very good library. Nice and helpful staff, private rooms and conference rooms which can bee booked for private use.
