Cool 'hidden' bar, good prices, great drinks and very good bar staff! Highly recommended.

First time there last night, definitely going back! Has the right ambience and the food was amazing-Beef Brisket sandwich with cheeses and chips, a burger and a crab and prawn sandwich with crisps-very tasty and highly recommend a visit.

This is such a unique old bar that really stands out against the urban and modern surrounds. To get here you have to go through the main bar and upstairs to the cocktail lounge. The cocktails are around $20 each and they have no menu so be prepared to know what you want. The bartenders are experts and will help guide you.

Tucked behind a bookcase at Melbourne’s oldest pub, Captain Melville, Loch and Key is a dimly lit bar with a very happening attitude. We had the The Thistle cocktail to guzzle down lockdown mask vibes, no new normal here this place is amazing bartenders and staff extremely knowledgeable and good for a laugh brilliant service

Incredibly rude bartender treated us like children when we followed up an order for a jug of beer that took 30 minutes to come. The prices were also not on the menu and when paying at the end, the jugs came to $30 a pop which is daylight robbery. Stay away from this place at all costs, absolutely disgusting.
