Story

The Workshop not only boasts one of Melbourne's most intriguing new bar designs, but is also a perfect illustration of Melbourne's thriving underground cultural scene. Developed from the shell of an old motorcycle repair shop, old relics of its past can be found in every corner. Although it has the capacity to rock with hundreds of people, you will still enjoy finding your way through its nooks and crannies and staking your claim on one of the many small private spaces within.

The Workshop is a visual head on collision of raw industrial materials and Melbourne's cosmopolitan culture. It seems to entwine the rough and unrefined with classic Melbourne chic and style, leaving a venue that can accommodate just about anyone.
