I got labeled as a reseller by Lisa because I previously purchased a few pairs of shoes within the last 8 months and sold them because they were the wrong size or they didn't suit me. Pretty disappointing hearing this after being a loyal customer for so many years.

Absolute terrible service. I got laughed at by the employees, looking at me and talking behind my back. The store was cool 5/6 years ago. Now it’s terrible . I highly do not recommend buying from them.
Excellent customer service. Fast response and very efficient result due to a system error and miscommunication for a raffle won. Would recommend to friends and family!
Sadly they didn't have anything in my size, but the whole experience and staff were awesome and they let me try on some items just to look at : they even looked after my suitcase!

Most amazing service I’ve experienced in retail ! Had a birthday coming up so last minute ordered off loaded but because of COVID i was expecting a bit of a delay with delivery. Easy solution - I emailed them and straight away was taken care of by Marty and he offered to delivery the item to me the next day IN PERFECT CONDITION . Super grateful for the team at Loaded . Life savers Thanks Marty for the effort in bringing me my gear ! Will defs recommend to shop at Loaded and will for sure be shopping more often
