Excellent service, needed to exchange to a smaller size and they were extremely helpful, even had one of the staff run over to their other store near the train station to fetch the size that i didnt end up taking...young lady who served me was softly spoken and polite. Comfy shoes, clean store and would deff be purchasing again.
Went in there last weekend...there was 4 of them behind the counter. Looked like they saw right through me. No hi hello or anything. I walked around for about 10 minutes before asking for help. Even then they seem uninterested. When I asked questions the generic answer was "oh its all unisex". Definitely felt like I was being judged just because I was not dressed posh and was brown skin.
worst experience ever! Useless staffs. When I arrive there were 5staffs and at the time they were mingling around the store like don’t even care about customers. Not even worth of throwing 1star. I was there before check in and gave phone call to making sure they have in stock but with help of associate over the phone saying they have them in stock and don’t need to bothered because having enough stock but I still left my name to secure the stock within 20 mins in my arrival. Upon my arrival, two staffs were looking at me like why are you even here that look. And suddenly one of the staff came up and saying sorry we don’t have stock and were trying to call me but I’m sorry you guys never call me! I even show my phone record!!! Never ever even worth of trying to see any other options instead all they were saying if you want your shoes so badly than try across the street Shoe Clinic if they have your size! Are you guys even fill guilty for your customer travel for 30mins to pick up shoes and not even feel sorry and just looking at me like why do you care for shoe? Please I’ve been hopos for more then 20years and never had this feel in my life! you guys are most horrible customer service and never even respect to your guests!
Quite disappointed that my son’s Birkenstocks purchased from Newmarket broke after Week 2 at school, and to return for a replacement “requires a manager to assess the footwear before confirming if a credit note: not a refund or replacement will be provided, but can only be assessed during weekdays”. So what is my son supposed to wear? We’ve had Warehouse shoes last MUCH longer ‍ our family Mum, Dad, 2 x sons owns 10 pairs of Birkenstocks but this encounter is enough to turn us off the brand going forward - invest in your staff and empower them to provide seamless customer service, weekend or weekdays.
Worst customer experience. Even with store look so empty and look so boring had more staffs then Birkenstock. I rather order through online would get better service then offline experience

Excellent service in store from Jenna who was patient, gave advice in a kind manner, and really listened to what I wanted leather only etc. She did not try to upsell or push anything on me, and did not rush despite busy store. Busy store, managing numbers appropriately by asking people to wait outside while at capacity.
Was served by a young Asian man who was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately there was very little stock in my size but he was very patient in explaining that stock was low because of back to school sales which is understandable. I ended up purchasing online but really appreciated the service at the store.
Really friendly staff on the phone. 2 people in different days helped me to find my sizing and suggest the shoe which I absolutely love now. Thank you Ben and Doe. - I am now wearing my arizona everywhere.
