My favourite sports wear brand !!nnWhen we found out we needed to go Brisbane for a family trip this place was the first place on my list !nnLSKD HQ without a doubt was amazing ! From the training centre up stairs to the customer service staff. They were all great.nnThey are exactly like what you’d expect customer service wise behind a screen to face to face. Top notice service !!

Okay, LSKD... you’ve officially won me over! Ordering online was a breeze, and my gear showed up so fast it felt like express magic. Everything looks so good and fits like a dream—hello new favourite outfit! I’m seriously obsessed and already eyeing up my next haul. HQ staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Store is always clean is well stocked. 10/10 vibes all around!

Had there big mid year sale and I jump on it early for the 50% off jumpers. I understand it’s a popular brand and the same thing happened to me last year ordering a jumper from them during the 50% of sale - where I also had to wait three weeks because of popularity. I love there jumpers so I like to order one once a year- and I don’t mind the wait as they are lovely jumpers, and usually great customer service.nnThis time around it got to the fourth week and I received a advising that they are packing orders and will get to it as soon as possible- which I totally understand because of the popularity - I’m happy to wait. However a few days go past and I got an email with a refund stating that they overestimated, I won’t receive one and offered a 30% off code to some items. I went onto their website and they have the same jumper in other colours in stock - would’ve much rather the 50% off and an alternative colour jumper then having to wait four weeks for then a refund and then only to get a 30% off voucher in return. A bit disappointing

I was really excited to place my first order with LSKD after hearing great things, and learning that they’re an Australian business, but unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. I opted for Click & Collect which I understand may take longer due to the mid-year sale, however, it’s now been over 18 days with no clear update.nnI understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication and follow-up has been really frustrating. As a first-time customer, this has left a bad impression, and I don’t feel confident ordering from LSKD again in the future which is unfortunate :

I went to the store today to exchange an item from my order, and I was helped by Jemma—she was absolutely lovely! So helpful, kind, and patient while assisting me with sizes and making sure I found exactly what I needed. LSKD, your customer service is amazing. Big thanks to Jemma for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable!
