Do not buy property from them. My house owner purchased a house from them and got incurred large bills from the previous owner. She tried to contact the real estate for months and did not receive a reply. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Nothing but trouble with LJ Hooker. 

Firstly, our application was not submitted due to something wrong with our application and their failure to ring myself or my flat mate. Which resulted in us missing out on the property we desired. 

Secondly, after emailing a complaint only to the director (David Loy), the person I was complaining about had emailed back in response to my complaint. 

Thirdly, I was then sent to an inspection for a property that had already had an application accepted for it.
