Disgusted.  I had a renant in my property that was not paying rent and the agent continued making mistskes in the eviction court documents etc and continued to blame everyone else. They keep Nothing in writing even when you call countless times. Tney continued to forget to pay bills (which they told me it was their policy to pay and keep track of) even when the rent csme in and in tbe end i was left $8000 out of rent plus the clean up bill because they forgot about to pay the land lord insurance. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT.

Five months without an aircon unit, then at the end I was blamed for breaking it. I took this company to court and got compensation, highly recommend not using this company and their services.
