My experience with Dunvegan is really really  bad. We handed over our brand new property to be leased out. They gave it to someone without reference check & that tenant destroyed our property to all possible extent & didn’t pay single rent. Luckily we had insurance so we could cover all damages but Dunvegan  missed out few damages in claims made, Finally they didn’t fix the damages for next tenant even though it was approved by us & new tenant filed case against in tribunal against us & we were not even notified by them about any of these until we decided to hire new agent & during hand over we learnt about the mess they made for us. Pathetic & lousy management. Absolutely no professionalism no care for client. Their focus is only in getting clients & generation their revenue. I am giving 1 star because I can’t give less than that here. I really wish their business closes down so it saves people like us from so much of trouble.

My Realty, had not any problem with them.
