After renting through several different property managers in both the Darwin area and interstate, I have found Advanced Residential to provide the most satisfying service of them all. Lee-Ann is very approachable and was able to make me feel valued as a tenant, which many other managers tend to overlook. If you are considering renting a property from Advanced Residential, I highly recommend them. If I am in the position of renting an investment property out in the Darwin rental market, my first phone call would be to Lee-Ann!

We moved our realestate portfolio to Advanced Residential after 16 years with our previous manager because we felt that we needed a more modern approach to attract potential tenants in the difficult Darwin market. Up to date we have been very happy with the service. The statements & the rent payments have been on time and paid fortnightly easing financial constraints. All problems have been address promptly with very clear description & advice. We would like to thank Lee-Ann & her staff for their assistance. Keep up the good work.

The team at Advanced Residential are great and make having a rental unit easy. No matter what the situation, Lee-Ann explains your options in an easy to understand way and tells you what she recommends and why. I highly recommend these guys to any of my friends looking for someone to manage their rental property as I know they'll be in good hands with Advanced Residential.

Advanced Residential made Renting our home less stressful and found excellent tennants. Lee-Ann is very knowledgeable and is always pleasant and approachable. Any issues are sorted promptly. We would highly recommend Advanced Residential without any hesitation

Advanced Residential found fantastic and reliable tenants for my investment property. After the first meeting, the property was on the market quickly and tenants organised promptly. Knowledgable, easy to contact and fast follow up on any issues. Would recommend Advanced a residential to anyone.
