Two weeks ago I rang 3 times and left a message each time in regards to leasing a commercial property and I still haven't received a return phone call. Glad I'm not the landlord

Just had a terrible experience  with this real estate agent LJ Hooker Balmain. Had organised to view a property around corner from our house with LJ Hooker Balmain and they did not turn up. When we called they were rude and extremely unhelpful. The Principal Chris Calvert called my wife today, did not apologise and basically said he did not care either way if we were interested in the property. The most unprofessional organisation I have ever dealt with and would advise to steer clear. We are going to report them to the builder who hopefully will never use them again. I am shocked!
