It was a pleasure dealing with Adrian as he is very easy to talk to. From the start it was clear we both had similar ideas on the valuation of the property. After that straightforward and honest communication made the whole process very easy. It was very quick and efficient, which was refreshing.

Through our entire engagement we were made to feel as though we were the only client. We always managed to talk with the agents and get the honest and direct feedback needed as we progressed. There was no veil of mystery and each revolution of the marketing campaign was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

He has achieved amazing results in both a strong and a tough market. Adrian and his fantastic team give 110% at all times.
