Team Matt were great to work with - honest, professional, responsive & fast! Both Matt and Rosie went over and beyond to help get our house ready for sale, handling all the trades, stylist and cleaner. Additionally they worked with the current tenants to ensure a smooth campaign. I would absolutely work with them again for any house sale. They are a great team and got us a great result.

Danny Cobden is a corrupt agent who would not accept a higher offer but instead sold to his mate for a lower amount.  He told the vendor to be afraid of us.  We were trying to buy an apartment for our special needs autistic son to live in with his sister.   But his mate was more important.  He abused me and told me I hadn't 'endeared myself to him'.  NEVER DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Terrible quality service. Dont care what so ever about their tenants. Avoid this agency at all cost!

Absolutely junk set of people, they pursue you till you provide them all your confidential documents and then they do not respond to calls. They act on behalf of owners who have no capacity to make decisions or they just collect your details for whatever purpose. My application does not have an outcome after a month since i applied for tenancy.
