Story

Let’s Rent was founded back in 2005 with one single aim – to change the property management landscape of Sydney forever.

Today, Let’s Rent has not only achieved that dream – but its reputation for property management has grown far beyond its humble beginnings. Initially serving only select clients in Inner West suburbs like Balmain, Birchgrove, Rozelle, Lilyfield, Drummoyne, Leichhardt, Petersham and Pyrmont – we now serve the Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore and even further afield.

Let’s Rent were Leading Property Managers of Australia finalists in 2010 for Property Management Company of the Year – nationwide.

I’m not always the best on acknowledging great service or saying “well done” to people (this is actually my first ever google review), but I really wanted to say a huge thanks to Lisa and the team. We have had the pleasure of having our property managed by Let’s Rent for more than seven years and found them amazing to deal with. We’re also unique in that we've also been tenants through Lets Rent for three years as well.
So I can very confidently say that the reason they are so good is because they look after the best interests of both the landlord AND the tenant.

The let's rent team are friendly, funny, efficient and reliable. I have rented with them twice and have no hesitation in recommending their services. I find them trustworthy and professional and they respond to requests immediately. Unlike other agents they treat tenants with courtesy and respect and obviously care about customer service. Asher and Jeko are a real asset to the team and are a joy to deal with.

Couldn't be happier with Lisa and the team at Let's Rent.  They recently achieved our target rent despite another property in the building being shown under-market simultaneously.  Their advertising sets the property apart and their diligence in selecting the right tenant is first-rate.  Lisa approaches it as if it's her own property!

Lisa Indge is a fine leader with a talented team behind her.  Let’s Rent have designed their systems entirely to delight their Clients and Customers and this is so refreshing to experience if you have the opportunity to work with the team.  Let’s Rent have uncomplicated Property Management and have made it simple to do business with them.  I would highly recommend Let’s Rent as a high-performance business who will always put their Client’s interests ahead of their own!

Best agents we've had. A professional team who genuinely care about doing their job to a higher standard. Very sad to have had to move elsewhere after many years. Thumbs up.
