"On the way to Akaroa, Banks Peninsula's only dog friendly campground. 5 hectares of native habitat to explore. Great for kids but with secluded kid free camping areas too. Why not experience one of the top rated campgrounds in New Zealand? A classic kiwi campground nestled in a sunny, sheltered valley beside a little river. Powered sites, tent sites, and cute cabins. Eco camping with hot showers, an open kitchen cooking area, waterless toilets, playground. Some trees are hundreds of years old, which the bird life love. We have a small, safe river to splash in, a trampoline, adults allowed if you dare. There are not many places like this left in NZ, so if you are wanting a unique place to stay on Banks Peninsula, consider us."

Me and my partner went on holiday here and stayed at the 'Love Shack', it was so gorgeous and really engulfed in nature! Loved the stream with eels swimming through, and everyone (staff and fellow campers) were 110% welcoming. Felt like a little slice of heaven whilst we were there!

Another cool little camp with good facilities. Showers were one of the best I have experienced at a campground ever. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful valley. Peaceful, green, lush, a haven away from concrete and toxic traffic fumes. Just a basic wee place for time away from the madding crowd. Compost toilets, small camping area enough room for about 3 larger motorhomes. Love the communal outdoor kitchen area. The river is awesome. Take your drum.

A piece of paradise. A beautiful setting, very peaceful. It's a great place just to enjoy. The owners were very friendly and welcoming highly recommend

We keep coming back! A super cool, laid-back campground set in gorgeous native bush.. And it's cheap as chips! One of the top 10 spots in NZ.
