I am truly blown away by today’s experience.nMy son typically needs to be sitting on an adult and held tightly for a hair cut. Today I took a chance and booked with Shamal, turns out this was the best decision I could have made. My son sat on his own happily and was chatting away while Shamal gave him a great hair cut. Shamal was patient, kind and so happy to communicate with my son about random subjects to keep him happy and engaged.nI truly appreciate your service and kindness!!
Our two year old boy had his first hair cut here and it was the best most wonderful experience we could have ever asked for. Shamal was extremely professional while still being comfortable and entertaining for our toddler. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
We went here when it was Little Critters back in 2023 and had an awful experience, but today was our second time getting haircuts with Shamal, after he was recommended by another mum. Both of my sons are neurodivergent and have struggled with their hair for various reasons.nnShamal was in high demand today with back to school haircuts but did a great job at managing clients expectations and keeping children occupied while they waited.nnWe loved our hair after and will gladly keep coming back to Shamal.
