My overall experience with this salon was so terrible that I don't even know where to start. I walked in and there was a worker eating noodles on the floor and then a older woman just casually wonders over and says 'yes?' Hardly understood what I was trying to say, I asked for was a wash and trim. She then walked off on me and walked over to the sink and said 'here'. Let's say that it was lucky that I didn't have any makeup on because I got absolutly saturated in water. During the wash the water wasn't even warm, only washed the top of my head and didn't even get a drop of conditioner on my scalp. I know that you are supposed to gradually get to the scalp with what's left of the conditioner on your hands, but I got nothing... got a towel and she opened it up, laid it over my head and then said 'come' DIDN'T EVEN DRY MY HAIR! my back got drenched just from walking from the sink to the other chair. Once I got over to the chair she said 'what do you want' I replied just a trim with a little thinning out. Then she said 'fine' (REALLY!?!) From here it only got worse, constantly touching her face, scratching her face with the hair clips, yawning and talking to her self the entire time in a different language... then went on to blow drying my hair and I could see and smell that it was burning my hair. BLOW DRYERS ARE NOT TO BE IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH HAIR! When she was finally finished I got up and not a word of a lie, there wasn't even a handful of hair on the ground. Took me over the the register and I was standing there for about 2 minutes when she asked for my name then another 2 minutes for my last name and then at least another 3 minutes for my contact number. Then she said $76. WHATTT!!!!!!!! I was so angry at this point, considering it has a banner out front for a wash, color and blow-dry for $75.... absolutly shocked. 100% will not be coming back to this salon.

Previously had a terrible experience with this salon back in March 2017. However, I have since returned and the staff are amazing. Very helpful with my hair! They've advised me there was a change in staff back in April 2017. Would recommend everyone to give them a try!

Was recommended here but will never return! Asked for a concave, and showed pictures for reference. Was assured that she could do what I wanted, but as she began cutting it became apparent the hairdresser wasn’t doing what I wanted. I kept saying it was not how I had asked, but she said “you look lovely, looks lovely” and kept hacking anyway. By the end of the cut I was surpressing tears at the now horrible, jaggered bob of hair that was sitting on my head that was nothing like what I asked..... and cost me $49!!! In the end I told her it was nothing like what I asked and she ‘tsk’ed and said well she couldn’t do what I wanted with my hair type anyway (despite saying earlier she could). It was too short to fix, but I still rang another hairdresser asking for an emergency fix up which luckly they did.

I had to fix my hair at home She cut it so unevenly. The hairdresser was rushed and did a very dodgy job. And I paid $39! For 5 minutes of sloppy work. Do not recommend
