I used 2 times this business. Both times worse experience. Fisrt time they made excuse I push them to do color after couple days Keratin. Needs at least 2 weeks gap to do color after keratin for getting best results. I thought it could be. I tried again with their proper instructions. But it’s even more worse. My skin and scalp all black with color. When is ask them what’s that! One of the lady said, she can’t do much about that. Wasted money to make my hair worse 2 times I really wanna share picture. But, not sure how I can add it in this comment section. I really wish I can gave them 0 star.Service: Hair coloring

I went to the Gasp hair studio to make an appointment and one of the team looked to my hair and gave me an appointment. Today, when I went to do my hair, one of the team said she can't do it??? I said ok I will look to another hairdresser. But they still took my money frwhy they didn't tell me before that they can't do it?om my account? Do you think that right?
Had my hair done today. I got full head of foils and a haircut. I can't remember the ladies name that did my hair but she was amazing, she gave me the perfect blonde and great hair cut. Thanks heaps. Grear customer service and friendly atmosphere I will definitely be back
