I have been a customer here for the last 4 years and had my hair done last Friday.  I have seen multiple hair dressers in this salon and trust them all. They all work as a coherent team anyway.  I like that they take the time to know what you want before the appointment. I sent through pics of my hair before and what I wanted to achieve and my hairdresser Chloe did some of her own research before I came in to make sure we were on the same page. Thank you Chloe!  The staff always explain what you're paying for before you start your service so there aren't any unexpected costs.  I also like that the salon offers you snacks and beverages during your appointment - very handy if it's a long one.  Love my new hair! Thank you so much Chloe! And thank you to the gentlemen that washed my hair and helped me choose suitable products to take home with me. See you all again in 6 weeks!Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I have been there 4 times and this is my overall experience.  Positives: Staff treats you nicely and welcoming. They care about your hair. They prompt you about what they will do to your hair and give great advice e.g. what hair care treatment to use so your dye lasts long as possible, simple hair care. They do their best to give the hair colour you desire. If you're not satisfied with it, they'll fix it until it's the colour you want.  Negative: Expensive - If you're the type to invest on your hair such as myself, be prepared to save up for it as much as much as you can because they will give treatment to your hair and make you feel like a celeb! The hair care they give is all about quality. So if you want a cheap place to dye your hair, this is certainly not the place to go to.  Overall: I definetely recommend coming here for hair dyeing as they will strive for the hair colour you want. It's scary to go to a salon and they do not give the colour you want and waste your money on unsatisfying hair colour. But these ladies actually do their best to get the colour you want!Services:&nbsp;Bang trim

I love coming here! Every time you go there you get treated so well! All the girls are just so lovely and caring but still so professional at the same time! I go to Lady and the Hair every 6 weeks and I will continue to keep going. I’m so happy with my hair every time I leave. You always get reassured as well if you like the colour or if you want to change things, the girls are always making sure the customers are happy. I was very happy with my visit to Lady and the Hair. Booking online was easy. I liked that I could have a Coke. I don't drink tea or coffee so am frequently left with tap water or nothing. Someone took my coat, which was nice. Britney was lovely, we talked a bit, but she was also quiet which meant I could shut my eyes and relax. I normally dye my own hair because I’m always usually pretty happy with it & every time I’ve gone to a salon, I’ve really not liked how it turned out - but I bit the bullet and tried Lady & the Hair, firstly because it looked so damn inviting + the reviews were great. All I can say is wow, the salon was just as beautiful as it’s pictures & the experience was amazing. The girls were one staff member short but still made sure everyone was attended to, even found the time to provide drinks & snacks such a cute touch. I absolutely LOVE how my hair colour turned out and am already re-booked for my next session. Found my new hair home

Just moved here and this salon and its girls did not disappoint. I got a full hair restyle colour and cut. Left feeling fabulous and loved my hair everything I asked for was met to the dot. Victoria did my colour and worked through a plan of action with me to get what I wanted, her service was superb as was Chloe who assisted in a full restyle cut of my hair, which was exactly as wanted also. Lady and the Hair in general is such a beautiful, clean and accommodating salon. Everyone is so friendly and lovely from the moment you enter and you can see every single person truly cares about what they do! I’ve been to this salon twice now and I have to say that it is the best hair salon I have been to. Both times I have gone in for a simple wash and cut and have not been disappointed! The girls are all so friendly and make you feel comfortable. They do a consult with you at the beginning of your appointment so that you know exactly how much you will be paying at the end of your appointment.
