Great range of products & the staff Paul was absolutely amazing

My partner went in to this store this evening and when he asked the lady at the counter where the rum and coke was her response was cold room. I had my shopping trolley with groceries and was outside I stepped in to give my partner the flybys card and the lady at the counter yelled out "get away from the door" my partner told her she didn't need to be so rude. She could have said Please. We ended up not buying the case of rum and coke and she threatened to call the police. She told my partner not to come back and she told him he was banned from the store

At 11.45am today, my husband and I visited the park ridge store. As I entered the store the gentleman behind the counter glanced at us, acknowledging our arrival and went back to his phone. I responded with a reasonabley voiced greeting which went ignored, I gave him the benefit of doubt. Moments later a female entered the store to which the gentleman vigorously greeted and enquired how her day was going. In that moment, we decided to return the products to the shelf and left the store. Your lack of manners on this day alone cost the store $105., for the future, much more as I will never step foot into your store again.
