There is one lady staff member who is the most rude Karen like person I have ever met. Doesn't like being questioned and when proven wrong basically refuses to provide further assistance like clips for 4 single craft cans. Every time I enter this store it's the same story, thinks she knows better than anyone that walks in there. Most of the other staff are super friendly and accommodating though. She brings the place down
Very rude staff. I’ve been going to this store over 2yrs now and usually most of staff were friendly and nice however one of female staff who were served me she asked me my ID which was fair even though i’ll be 40 this year i didn’t have ID with me but i did have screenshot of Driver license so i was gonna show her but she refused it i was so annoyed so i went home grab my id then showed her that. Then she grab my id stared at it for few seconds which she thought i brought some kind of fake id or someone else. I felt so offended by it. If you are gonna do your job properly at least you could be nicer. Really bad experience and disappointing
I would like to complain about staff at your Springfield Lakes store .My grandson went to purchase alcohol they asked for I'd but he didn't have it on him he is over 18 just for the record and they refused to serve him ,which is fair enough. I went in to purchase it for him with money in hand I'm his grandmother and I can say I'm well over 18 but the person behind the counter refused to serve me .I walked out very annoyed how can they refuse to serve me I told him i had id but that made no difference .nVery unhappy customer
Great service, lots to drink your 1st choice of beverage will be there
Worst thing about coming here is always finding something on special and then I end up spending more money!
