I usually have a really good experience with the usual staff that is on however today I walked in not greeted which is fine but I am freshly 18, and definitely look under 21 so I am usually Id at the door, I continue on to the wine section where I pass a young women scanning bottles, I was then approached by a young man and asked if I needed assistance to which I replied no thank you. I was then not even 2 minutes later approached by the same woman young, dark brown/ black hair previously scanning bottles and asked if I needed assistance, again I replied a bit agitated I was alright, she then walked away and loudly in a sarcastic, malicious and rude tone “that’s fine they can just ID her when she gets to the counter” and laughed loudly. I then proceeded to the counter in embarrassment and disgust. Genuinely really upset, I don’t know who was working today but please bring back the usual crew. This was disgusting and embarrassing, be more mindful how you speak around and to customers, thanks.
