Terrible business model. Not everyone is a 20-30 year old ‘tech savvy nerd’. Some of us grew up without screens, bots, and ‘chat rooms. Where is the personal contact for the customers who don’t belong to Gen Z ?nIf you talk to a live agent you can’t have the details of your enquiry on the screen at the same time.nCome on ‘Dan Murphy’, lift your game and get some older managers that understand that some customers are confused by the ‘wizardry’ that your current managers are pushing your customers towards. You are losing sales as a result.
Prices r good watch for special's only thing I think would improve sales is if the opened a store at Lowood or Fernvale just a suggestion
Staff were so friendly and assisted me with suggestions and recommendations for an awesome whisky.
I visited this store on 27th September to purchase a gift, and unfortunately had a very poor experience at the checkout. The blonde lady at the register spoke to me rudely, telling me to “leave everything in there” without explaining what she meant. When I hesitated, she repeated it loudly and aggressively, which was embarrassing in front of other customers. She then told me to push my trolley forward and began scanning items in a very hostile manner, saying she keeps hitting her hand and will only scan items left in the trolley.nnI had nothing to do with her frustration, but she made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Other customers were watching, and it was not a pleasant experience. While her attitude improved slightly afterwards, the damage was already done.nnStaff working on registers should be professional and respectful. Because of this treatment, I left the store unhappy and don’t feel inclined to return.
The range of drinks is awesome and at a reasonable price. The staff are great and the shop is tidy and easy to move around.
