Gone to get som wine tonight! Guy walk right past me not even say hello or engaged to say anything! He look like he don’t want to be there! Probably get som better staff to represent your business! Very disappointing
The tall man of ginger complexion is excellent at making the customer feel responsible for his mistakes, "rewards?" Yes scans item goes straight though to credit card, no rewards applied then I query "I did say rewards" then proceeds to mansplain that the system went though without it, they just pump the customer through and literally care less.
Great customer service, clean store, is always stocked with product. Get up the great work
Excellent, helpful staff. Good not brilliant range of beer, but then they are a corner bottle o. Stay away from 'Better Beer'. I tried one can, thinking it would be like a mid strength lager. It was the most dreadful beer! Even gives you bad breath. And it's expensive compared to Carlton or Tooheys.
Anywhere that has alcohol has to be given 5 stars...lol Staff are great and very helpful

Woke up can't remember much...way to go BWS what would I do without you haha..great it's got what ya need.
Made a delivery order for the first time and seemed to be a bit of a hiccup when the time requested was passed. Called the store and enquired and a very polite and helpful staff member Kylie said she would follow it up being very empathetic. Got a call 10-15 minutes later from Kylie explaining a bit of a mix up but it was on its way. Great service and follow through.
Friendly staff, competitive prices and always plenty of stock.
Would totally recommend this store, it may not be a large store, but goes to prove that small is best. The lady that served me couldn't have been any more helpful, I am not a drinker and was only looking for a good cooking wine, she gave me all the options and then patiently waited while I made my choice, couldn't have been more satisfied with both the service and the end product.
