I am very disappointed with the service I received this evening. With the new remodel going on there they should 100% have more staff on to help customers on their journey. I could not find anything in store and I was getting quite frustrated, because there was nobody around I had to take matters into my own hands and break down a ten pack to get what I was looking for. Service at the front counter was great especially with my negative attitude. Your loyal customers deserve better and so do your staff. Put extra employees on
Norm was fantastic! He helped me find a perfect gin and a suggested a great beer for my partner, and even carried the drinks to the till for me. His knowledge and recommendations were spot-on.
Was just looking to find a bottle of wine, but instead left with nothing as Staff were SO unhelpful and rude, I felt extremely prejudiced against as a woman of colour in the community. Safe to say I’m finding another place from now on.
Store is decent, range is good, usually staff are great.nToday just such a let down, barely got a greeting while Lilley returns to gossiping with her coworker about staff in another store. At the end just standing there waiting to pay while she finishes off her last little bit of chit chat. - not task based or relevant. Also doesnt help her male counterparts part swearing while im listening to them dribble away.nI understand the job can be tedious inwork in retail as well.nHowever when im there spending around $500 and get ignored not a great thing.
Both the app and online say they are open till 9:00PM but they close at 8:00PM as per the sign on the front of the store on Mondays. Catches a lot of people off gaurd by the looks of it
