Variety of liquors, reasonable price! Friendly staff!
They have dropped many excellent lines, others only available online. Delivery from Dan's is unreliable, they should have an estimated delivery date when placing an order rather than claiming 2-4 working days and not being able to meet it. If you are relying on a delivery and it doesn't arrive within 2-4 working days, the best they will do is refund the delivery charge. Most other places would refund your order in full or offer a free item etc. Dan's keeps going down hill in my opinion, just about every time I go in there I walk out disappointed, they can't even get an online service to be delivered in a given timeframe. Luckily there are plenty of other bottle shops around and the option to buy online from local vineyards and brewers with much better customer service.
Prices, range and choice of beverages always first class . Staff very helpful and friendly especially when you are seeking a particular item . Would unconditionally recommend.
Always a good range of products for reasonable prices. The people are friendly and acknowledge you when you walk in.
Top quality shop! Always so much variety and there's very rarely an item which isn't in stock. Staff always know exactly where to go to find a specific drink and their tasting area is great too.

Wide variety of liquors at unbeatable prices as well as fantastic service. This particular store has been my "go-to" when it comes to buying something new to enjoy. What prompted me to write a review was an instance where a staff member went above and beyond for me! I'd purchased a bottle of whiskey which happened to be the last bottle on the shelf. In my eagerness I left not having had noticed the bottle was damaged and the integrity of the liquor compromised. I didn't ask for a receipt so I was worried the legitimacy of my return request would be questioned. However, when I walked in and explained my dilemma to the gentleman at the register, he immediately attempted to find me a replacement and when he was unable to promptly offered a refund or equal value exchange. The service I had experienced cemented this Dan Murphys as my 100% exclusive bottle shop as I'll be returning the loyalty I had experienced when I needed it. Thank you to the Springwood team!
