The staff at BWS Eight Mile Plains, in particular, Matthew, have fantastic customer service. He has developed a great rapport with the regulars, me being one of them and always greets his customers with a welcoming and friendly smile. He also has a wide knowledge of products and doesn't hesitate to recommend 'a good drop!' when asked for his advice.

I needed to ask a question about red sparkling wine so I approached the ladies that work there. I waited for them to finish there conversation. They both turned around like I was invisible and walked away. How rude! I walked to the counter and asked them about a red sparkling wine and the the one she recommended was not red. Didn't look like customer service was their priority. Very disappointed.
