Disgrace. Abysmal. Pathetic. Google should really implement 0 stars- as these sorts of people don't deserve even 1 star.  Purchased a mattress from here where they guaranteed a 10 year warranty, which I confirmed multiple times as it was much longer than the standard 1-3 year warranty offered by other companies. They also said delivery would be by the end of the week which was a big selling point for me as other companies delivery estimates were much longer.  However, they kept delaying the delivery until I had to ask for a refund if it did not arrive to which they said they'll send it on Saturday. Seems like the owner decided to make the delivery himself without a courier. As such, I had to help him carry the mattress up into my house- woeful delivery service.  Furthermore, within a week of usage, mattress has sunk and will not rise back. Contacted them to organised some sort of exchange or refund, they claim they'll contact the manufacturer to sort something out but has gone AWOL since.  Similarly, unable to get in contact with the manufacturing company.

The furniture is a good Price.
