Shout out to Josh!! I went into the store a few days ago with heaps of questions about my glasses and he was able to answer all of them whilst being so friendly, patient and super knowledgeable. He even helped tighten and clean my glasses for free!! Amazing service!
Conor from Specsavers is absolutely wonderful! She was honest and helpful while i tried to choose the right frames to suit me and my face. she was also very helpful with my kids when i needed to concentrate on the initial testing and made the balloons test very comfortable for me!!! Shes the best!
From the moment I walked in I was looked after amazingly!! I had Grace helping me through choosing glasses, pre testing/photos & measurements of glasses, her knowledge around everything was so helpful! I felt comfortable & confident in every step. My testing with the orthodontist was also perfect. This was my first time & I highly recommend, I will be back next time!
Have been a customer of Specsavers LynnMall for a few years now. The last time I went in for a brief chat regarding my progressive glasses, Fazeel went out of his way to help set up an eye exam. He also helped me in finding the right pair of glasses in double quick time. Can't thank him enough and the rest of the team for making the whole process a breeze.
Purchased new, updated glasses/frames from Specsavers New Lynn and received simply the best customer service from Conor. Conor spend much time with me out in the frame display area and helped me pick the right frame for my taste and style to suit my face. This process was made effortlessly by Conor's knowledge of the products instore. Conor also performed the initial testing prior to my optometrist appointment and was very quick, easy and comfortable. I absolutely recommend visiting Conor and the team at Specsavers New Lynn.
I’ve been going to this specsavers for years now and never have had an issue till now. I have had to rebook my contact lense appointment 3 times now due to a lack of availability even after I have made an appointment. Each time I come in for my appointment and each time I was told that they were too busy to see me. As a long time patient I would hope to have my time would be respected rather than waisted.
