Story

Limerick Arms is a well-established icon within the South Melbourne precinct - popular with locals, visitors and the corporate crowd - there is always a great atmosphere in the pub.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing a traditional pub experience complete with a great selection of beer on tap, excellent food and friendly service.

Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, we cater for a variety of functions in numerous locations throughout the venue. The Limerick Arms is the perfect place for birthday parties, luncheons, dinners, engagements, social gatherings and every other occasion in between.

With its commanding presence on the corner of Clarendon and Park streets, the Limerick Arms is only minutes from the Central Business District, Albert Park Lake, St Kilda Road and South Melbourne Beach.

Awesome Margarita and beer battered fish burger! We requested for Dijon and English mustard. Gosh the English mustard was amazing with a zing! Loved it. Highly recommend this place if you are after a pub with great service!
My other local pub. Friendly and quick service. Good food and drinks selection, minimalist interior yet pleasant environment. MTV playing yet not intrusive. Recommend the Chicken Schnitzel, comes with lemon wedge, mild spicy coleslaw and potato fries. Try the Willi Smiths Organic Cider, cloudy style, not sweet and refreshing.
Fabulous South Melbourne pub. Always well decorated and very clean interior, it looks like they have recently freshened up. Great beer selection with some uncommon choices the ginger beer is so refreshing on a hot day. Really good food, very welcoming overall.
What a comfy pub. We had a late lunch here on a Wednesday in early January, I think it was about 3pm and they had no problems serving us meals at that time of day. Really good pub food. Great beer selections. Happy, friendly staff. My partner was happy because they had the cricket on their screens ;
Limericks had a good atmosphere and friendly staff. But the portion sizes are too small for the price that you pay. Also, the burgers are dry.
The staff are so amazing here! We booked two tables of 10 as we had a group of 20 and due to covid laws that’s the max you can book.. the staff cottoned on we were together and offered to seat us next to each other which was so lovely!
