Absolutely rude staff... Prices are extremely high for donated items ...nMost of the clothes were faulty and stained.. Seriously, don't waste your time and money.. If you want a refund after you get the item home and you notice issues, please don't remove the tags. If you do it, then it becomes non refundable and a huge issue.nThe best advice is, don't shop there!!!
Friendly staff, but the prices? No.nThe prices are way to steep for an op shop. $7 for a glass? $15 for a shein dress? $10 for a teddy? Will Not be back.
A very friendly store. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is great there. All the staff including the manager are always only to happy to help. A great place to find some good books.
Love the shop but don’t like the Supervisor. Such a rude person.nI go on the days she’s not there. Saturdays and Mondays. I watched her treat a fellow supervisor terribly. It was her day off so she should not have even been there. The poor lady walked away from her job.nDon’t take kids or grandkids there; she won’t let them use the toilet.nIt’s a charity store yet she isn’t very charitable at all.nDon’t know her name and don’t want to!nHave had similar feedback from friends. Now we have worked out the best day to go.nWhen she is not there. No point bringing concerns up with someone higher as they are friends…. Obviously
