It's a typical K-mart, competitive prices, good range. Products are in the budget range, good quality for the price. The layout of the check-outs at the West Gladstone store made the self check-outs a little difficult to see. Store is other wise excellent.

Love kmart but this one does not have a lot of products that other kmart stores have but the staff are great

The manager Matthew was so rude, I was crying, I was in the store for 7 min. The rmtaxi lady said, abused me, the lady staff excellent , she said I had 5 min. It be ok, he even snatched the purchases from me at the register, full of movement and manager roster a little person for being 2 minutes over schedule if you don't want to work don't go to work at night

First time ive been in Kmart up here. Was very pleased with the range and price of stock.

Never any open checkouts and they won't open one if you ask. Yesterday, at 10.30am, the checkouts were all closed, the self-serve bays were full and I had to line up behind nine other people. I asked for someone to open a checkout and was told "maybe after 11.00." Big W for me, now.
