I went to kmart at 9am today Sunday and could not believe how dirty and unorganised it was. I first went to make-up and there were many things on the floor plus in 2 spots it was dirty on the floor. Then went to women's wear and clothing and rubbish was on the floor and clothing racks were in the way.nI spoke to the lady at the door and showed her what I was talking about. She then got a manager who agreed with me and was telling me how hard it was to get good cleaners and it was the weekend.nCan't believe that a Kmart store looked so bad first thing in the morning and that was only two places I went to. Not sure what the rest of the store looked like as I left.
Went in on Monday night at 9.15 to purchase mountain bike for grandson for Christmas.nCould not get push bike to the cash registers as was told by several staff the did not have large trolleys.nGo back to push bike section pulled bike box off the shelf and pushed the box along the floor all the way to cash register area.nPassed several staff nobody offered to help carry it to the checkouts.nGet to checkout still pushing the box on the floor. Paid for it turned it and proceeded to push it out to the car. Got to the door showed receipt and proceeded to keep pushing. Not one staff offered assistance. I asked the lady at the door if someone could help get it to the car and was told “no sorry”.nThanks to some lovely girls behind me who helped me to the car with it and then proceeded to help me load it in the car.nNow today Zi have a shattered grandson as there’s no nuts and bolts to put it together in the box!
Exchange policy is ridiculous bought an item sunday, has to return Tuesday as was incorrect size. . Was told no exchange without receipt. . There is no signage of this at registers, 1 sign as you leave the store on a shelf, you may see if you look backwards and a faded A4 notice on desk at service returns counter.nThe product in perfect condition, all labels attached.nWas told no exchange until 8 asked for manager, then they looked for my receipt.nThis product receipts was lost as you need to showcreceipt as you leave store and did not get put in bag with purchase.nUnacceptable returns policy.
Had a very hostile experience with the lady out front. I have never had this experience with anyone but today I went in to buy some small stuff around 3:30pm and when I walk out, the lady makes me open my bag. Not even just a browse. This lady made me go into my chip packet to see if there was anything. She then continued to investigate my bag moving everything around. Of course she found nothing. She was an old lady with grey hair. I felt very violated and like my privacy was being invaded. After this experience, I will not be coming back.
23/12/23 at 4pm ish, I discovered My docket had faded, but Carla spent a good 15 mins trying to find the number with the help & amazing eyes of Kesha forgive me it that's spelt wrong to give me my $31.00.nI can not thankyou enough..Merry Christmas
