Just went into Gladstone store to get my glasses adjusted. I had AMAZING service from Andi there. She went above and beyond what I expected! Easily the best service I have experienced in Gladstone since moving here 2 years ago. A true asset to the company. Thank you :)

Andy from the Gladstone store goes above and beyond when it comes to the right frames and lenses! I've recently moved to a different store and called upon Andy's expertise and within minutes she had rectified the problem. Outstanding service and an absolute delight to deal with. Very professional service!
