Friendly staff and good hair work with plenty of parking. The salon looks very tired though and needs a MAJOR revamp.

Had a full head of foils done. I already had a grown out balayage so the ends of my hair was a golden blonde. They put in the foils which turned out to be an ash blonde which didn't blend with the already golden blonde in my hair at all. When I asked them about this they did not offer to fix it and just told me it was because my golden blonde was "old" blonde.

Not very happy at all considering ash blonde does not suit my skin tone at all yet they didn't ask me about the blonde I would want and I stupidly assumed they would match it to the current blonde in my hair like the last hairdresser I had been to did.
