Wanted to trim my hair, girl who start cutting my hair was unprofessional, she start cutting on dry hair without layering and she actually destroy one side of my head! other lady came and finish cutting my hair and repairing what other girl have done, meanwhile explaining to her how to cut! This salon should Ask me! If I wanted to be cut by student or apprentice whatejver you call her! Before touching my hair. And after they wet my hair from spray bottle and use blow dryer for 1 min just to dry my hair, they charge me extra $7 for blow dryer!!!! Never will go there again!

Just got EXACTLY what I wanted in the way of a haircut at Just Cuts Westfield Helensvale. The person who cut it was called Sarah K and she understood the look I was going for and went above and beyond to make sure I walked out happy. Will definitely be back

Wow is so right, it's been a long time since I have been satisfied with a haircut but Maz nailed it, she has a very pleasant personality .
