I dunno how they managed to get finalist hair salon 2016 cause they have the worst customer service and cant do hair at all.. the only good person that worked there was Jodie and now she has gone maybe its because the manager fires them if they don't meet targets and they have a real way about pushing people out the door - they wont even give me my money back you should see the state they sent me home in yesterday not even worth a star

On a whim I went and got my haircut last weekend. Sharna did a great cut - concave Bob - she was friendly and helpful and listened to what I wanted. I know who will be cutting my hair in the future. Thank you Sharna.

WOULD RATE THIS 0 STARS IF I COULD. The owner is very rude. I purchased a styling tool for my wife. Wanted to return it later that day as it was the incorrect size. Owner would not let me return it or get a credit. Nor me or my wife have set foot there since. My wife now goes to Hair house warehouse runaway bay. Much better service.
