We have received excellent service and found Tony and the staff at Leader Capital to be wonderful to work with. Tony, and Anissa and Amy are very professional, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend Leader Capital Real Estate.
I wish I can not even give a star! I had the most terrible experience with this office today! I have applied to one of their properties 6 months lease and since I did they called me millions times to ask questions and show their interest in me and my roommate. After that, I received a call from them telling me that our application was successful, the owner is happy to do 6 months and that we should come to sign the contract! I had an inspection for another property and I canceled it since this one was successful, my roommate left her shift early so she can come with me to sign the contract. When we were 2 minutes away from the office, they called and said sorry we changed our minds you either sign for 12 months or leave!! This was so unprofessional, manipulative and disrespectful!!! People have lives, time and jobs! You can’t give words then change your mind and take them back! Have some ethics and morals and learn how to take decisions! For you own sake stay away from them..
Decided to go local to sell my house in a quick time. So pleased I did. Tony and his contacts have been amazing and are doing all they can to get me across the line. Easily contactable, great advice, easy to work with. Highly, highly recommended.
I recieved excellent service and found the staff at Leader Capital to be wonderful to work with. Tony Yip and Anissa Wong were very professional, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend Leader Capital Real Estate.
Anissa was very helpful with the rental process as a first time renter, I highly recommend her and the team at leader capital real estate!
Not well organised, stuff all work different and give me different instructions. We received a house with not good condition, but the condition report is looking very good,not been updated. carpet was not cleaned but they asked me to steam clean the carpets when we move out, so I ask for the receipt of the previous tenants carpets clean, they provide a fake receipt as picture. They said they will check the house once every 3 months, but only check once during the year. They were not trained properly, and certainly not care about the job. Highly not recommended.
Tony is excellent professional who went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. We have been to many agents but Tony was extremely outstanding in his services. He had always been approachable ,trustworthy and there to guide us through out the process.
