From the start Lukas was highly communicative and always ensured we were on the same page. He really did make the sale of the house stress free and proactively took all matters into his own hands without prompting. He went above and beyond to sell the house and I’m very grateful for his efforts. Lukas remained transparent throughout the sale and was highly responsive at all times of the day/evening. I’d highly recommend Lukas to anyone selling a house in Canberra.

Tim was such a pleasure to work with when selling our home. We had great confidence in his knowledge, expertise and personable approach. We found Tim to be friendly and honest and an excellent communicator. Tim gave us valuable advice to guide us through the process of selling our home. We were very happy with the team at LJ Hooker Kaleen and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Tim!

Only give one star as I have to select something. Absolutely disgraceful agency and agent in Melissa Hines. Through out our vacating we have to remind the agency to conduct opens to get new tenants for owners, so they were not at an income loss. They told us we would have no issues with the final inspection then sent a list of issues which we rectified. Yet still made up  issues and blamed us. There was no communication we had to email them all the time with no responses to this date still They lie and do not know legislation if it hit them in the head. As an owner or tenant I would never suggested this place . Avoid at all costs!

Lukas Cole did a great job for us. He is a prompt communicator and always provides with plenty of updates. He is very honest and transparent. When selling a house everyone would be lucky to have him in their corner.

Tim, Jackson and Keyan achieved a great result for the sale of our home. Friendly and good advice from them helped us in this stressful time. Communication early on could do with some improvements in process.

Renting from here was downright traumatising. They did not care for our living conditions, let alone our wellbeing. Landlord was also horrid. Both landlord and estate agents dealt with were an embarrassment to estate agents and landlords that do the right thing. Would recommend to stay away. I wish I'd asked around before going with this place, because it turns out others have had similar if not worse experiences both as landlords and tenants going through this agency.  If you find yourself stuck with them, stay honest, have everything in writing don't trust a single phone call or the honey soaked line dished out in meetings and know the rental legislation! Because they certainly don't and may use this to twist or outright lie about what's happening and/or gaslight you as they did in my experience.

Tim worked very hard to achieve the best possible outcome. He gave good advice and maintained excellent communication. I am very happy with the great service he and his excellent team provided.

So glad I chose Maxwell as my agent to sell my property. He was always there to make the process simple and painless and never failed to answer the phone or get straight back to me if I needed something and put himself out for both buyer and seller. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
