Wonderful͏ and attentive customer service: Michael and his team have been great to work with on the sale of my apartment. From the start, when I just had questions about the process, all the way through to contract exchange, the communication has been open and straightforward. I am still in shock about how smoothly and quickly the process all went - as a first time seller, I had lots of questions and Michael and the Blackshaw team have been happy to answer every last one. I engaged Michael after a recommendation from family and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area - you’ll be well taken care of.

Great͏ experience with a friendly and professional agent. I͏ had a great experience with Thom selling a property for me a few years back, so I did not hesitate to use him again. Thom’s market knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. Thom is the most genuine agent we’ve come across. We met with a few agents before we met Thom, each time we felt like they were telling us what we wanted to hear or they were too pushy. It’s daunting selling a home for the first time, though Thom made sure we knew every step of the process and that we felt well informed. He’s so responsive and attentive and we are so glad we went with Thom. He sold our house so quickly and always acted in our best interest. We couldn’t recommend Thom enough!
I am a tenant with this agent at present. Over the weekend, our hot water service did not work. I sent an email early on Monday morning, and a young lady called Talia telephoned me within the hour. We talked through the issue, and within a few hours Talia emailed me to advise that plumbers would be attending today. She followed up at 1pm today, and I advised that the plumbers would be coming soon. The plumbers came and fixed a broken thermostat, and now that the tank has had time to warm the water, we have hot water again. I called Talia to thank her, and to explain that I appreciated her quick response. In comparison with the large real estate agency we dealt with in our previous rental property, it was much faster and easier to deal with Blackshaw Real Estate Gungahlin. It was also a lovely change, as a tenant in a tight market, not to be treated like a second-class citizen. More agents could learn to treat tenants with respect as Talia did for us today. After all, many people don't intend to be tenants forever - if I was to go looking for a house to buy, this agency would be at the top of my list to work with.
Excellent͏ guidance and organising We are very happy with Stacy organising the sale of our property. When we first met with her she laid out for us the complete process of selling a property. She explained clearly and in detail how best to advertise, how to present the home, how to think about the auction. This was backed up with further, printed information. Once we had decided to engage her she took care of all the arrangements, administrative and practical, needed for the sale of the property. Her communication with potential buyers was great, and she kept us fully informed of their degree of interest, their comments and questions. Where we had to take decisions she was excellent at explaining to us the alternatives and she readily offered her advice. In sum, we very much appreciated her competence and her personal touch.
