My experience at Lead'Em footwear was outrageous and totally unacceptable.  I only asked if they had any school shoes on sale and the reply that myself and my daughter received was shocking.  To also add insult to the situation, the person who treated us in a such a way was the male owner of the store.  He said to me if what i am asking is a reduced price on shoes than no you can't in a very demeaning tone.  I said to him he was being quite rude to us as all i asked was a polite, simple question. His reply to me was "to go and cool off". I then said to him i will not be returning to your store again and i will be telling other people about your disgusting customer service. He then raised is hand and walked towards us and said Get Out!. We left the store and upon leaving a lady was walking in and i told her the service is disgusting and not to shop there. I will never ever recommend this so called shoe shop to anyone.  I have told many people of our experience at this buisness and i will continue to do so. No wonder we all shop online.
