Over priced. Went to Melbourne the next day and saw the exact same for way less
I hadn't ever been to this shop before and had nothing but good things to say about this clothing store - Until i was needing to return a pair of shoes i purchased for my daughter - They refused to refund or exchange the shoes as they said they had been worn & had a mark on the shoes I informed them she had only tried them on inside never outside - As they were too small and didn't fit - Mind you i still had the receipt and they were in the orginal packaging and are Brand New Shoes!!!! Even have the PHOTOS where you can clearly see - The staff or might have been the owners who i dealt with - Were rude, abrupt and couldn't care less about me returning them - I will definitely not be recommending this store too anyone again - Which is a real shame being a small place like Launceston, as i did love the look and style of this store.
Great stock....Cool gear. Friendly staff. My boy loves his new skateboard.
