I love my new shoes, but I think you need to take more care when packaging online orders. I ordered from New Zealand, and when I received the parcel, the shoe box had just been put directly into a thin courier bag, not even a padded one. Airlines do not treat parcels with care….the bag was ripped and shoe box sadly very damaged, thank goodness the shoes were ok, as they were not wrapped or protected either. I understand it was a sale item but still very pricey item I expected to be packaged really well. A shame the Chloe shoe box is wrecked because I like to keep these things. I expected a more luxury experience even online.
My mother ordered a dress from this store, sadly she passed away before the dress was ready to be picked. The owner sent an invoice in the mail, requesting we pick up and pay for the dress, knowing full well of the circumstances. My mother was a very good client and has many dresses from this store, including this one. The owner should be ashamed of herself!!
What a waste of time... they won't let you try on a dress unless you actually are going to buy it! I said I might and she proceeded to tell me that I couldn't wear a black wedding dress! Then she showed me another dress that I also couldn't try on! Unfriendly and unhelpful. I Would never set foot inside this store again.
When staff make racist comments to customers, they lose sales. Big mistake but really showed their true colours.
Hard not to return, the best fashion house in Melbourne and Australia. Incredible customer Service , brands and high style. Highly recommend!
