My family have been going to Le Bon for 40 years. I have kept that tradition going. I can honestly say that I have tried a few things from there. Only things worth getting are cheese & spinach pie & plain cheese pie. That's it! Best 2 things in this shop
Quaint shop. On busy Ackland st. Friendly, well priced and delicious. The bread roll was spot on. Fresh and yum. They also sell macaroons and some amazing small cakes.
Plenty of choices and the cakes does look very good. However it does not taste that good. It is just ok.
They have really good options and variety of cakes. But the cakes does taste just ok.
The display looks really inviting. However, the taste is strictly OK. For the price they charge I would not rate then highly by any means. We ordered the baklava, looked good and the portion was generous. BUT it did not test good at all. I have had much better tasting baklava.
The Vanilla Slice very amazing and the coffee is good
Very stale cakes. Would not recommend.
