Lovely service, very helpful. When looking at colours/dye you are able to access a guided book showing exact samples of each specific colour. Well set up and reasonably priced.

Don’t bother trying to place an order over the phone because Nobody ever answers the phone. Tried 9 times today and all you can do is leave a message. When Jess finally called back she could be over heard trying to train another staff member while leaving me with wondering  what was going on! After 7 minutes I hung up. They did try to call back, however having run my own business on line I was unable to take the call. And just what, the message they leave is. “Please call us back” Your kidding right!

I’ve been seeing these ladies for years and their advice for hair colour has been amazing as I’m not a hairdresser. They have helped me colour correct my hair after plenty of disastrous times at the hair dresser! Always willing to take the time to assist!!

First visit the seller was so Unhelpful & have wrong ideas about colouring hair forced me to buy a dark shade thinking that lighter will never work for me hated the results :  Second visit there was a lovely girl with pink & blue hair she was amazing!  Helped me alot thank you so much xx
