This is our preferred place when it comes to pizza and pasta. The staff are all friendly and table service is excellent. Although the prices might not be cheap but the foods are always freshly made with top quality ingredients. All the dishes come out nicely presented in good portion sizes.
Eat here when they have Kids eat free promo. Was still received good service even after they know that we will use the promo. Food was surprisingly good. Portion is huge! Just like real Italian portion. The only downside is our food came 45mins after our kids. So we cant enjoy eating at the same time.Food: 4/5
A fairly neutral experience - a good variety of options including including vegetarian and vegan, all prepared fast and in good quantity. It's not fine dining, but it's unlikely you'll be sorely disappointed. Expect a step above fast food, and you'll be quite happy.
Halal beef and chicken is offered and they cook it separately! Good value, we had the steaks and the parmigianas and no complaints, maybe the mushroom sauce was a bit watery and sour than usual but the meat and the potatoes were very satisfying and medium rare as requested. Good service and seating area, fair pricing except maybe the steaks are in the pricier end of the spectrum. Staff were nice and food didn't take too long to come. Will come again when we're in Werribee in the future
I have been coming down from the Gold Coast yearly and going to La Porchetta for 5-6 years for lunch with my grandchildren and great grandchildren. Today was most disappointing we waited so long for the food and was bought out at different times the children had finished their meals before we started. My husbands meal was so chewing he couldn't eat it. My vegetables were raw and full of water, my granddaughters chicken was overcooked and cream sauce was just cream. Grandsons salmon was overcooked. When I complained they offered complimentary dessert what a joke. When I went to pay they wanted to charge for all the uneaten food we didn't eat. Will not go back again.
2 star because the staff was lovely. The food? I was utterly upset with the taste. Ordered porterhouse steak medium well with mushroom and black-paper sauce but the steak was super dry and the sauce has the funny taste. And the seafood platter has this flat fish hank overly and unmatched spiced for the fish. Both dishes we unable to finish. For $93 total and still be hungry. Not worth it
The food is okay. It's good but as from what we remember it to be, it has changed. Service is still the best with super attentive staff.Food: 4/5
LaPorchetta is one if the best Italian restaurants in area and my favourite place to go to for lunch or dinner whenever i am in Weribee Pacific over the weekend. They have wide variety of options to select from Pasta and Pizza and vegan options too.
So me and my friend visited this place and had chicken parma & seafood platter. The chicken parma was good in quantity but the seafood platter was not! Chicken was a bit dry. Nothing extra ordinary. The great thing is that they have halal options and staff was really nice.
A great night out with a large group of friends was a big winner when we discovered it was $10 Parma night. Lovely, quick friendly service, large tasty meals and pretty cocktails available too.
