I'm a frequent visitor of Uncle Leo's and the quality of their pizza and pasta exceeds with ease against their competitors! I've never dined in, only ever picked up take away, and everything from the super special to seafood marinara to chicken parmigiana has always been hot and fresh even after the drive back home. Yes, the price may be a few dollars extra than your average pizza shops but those few dollars are well deserved! Keep up the fantastic work boys and girls! Your community love you
Atmosphere was amazing! Service was fantastic! And food was phenomenal! Came here on the last night of a trip and was extreme happy with the choice. Felt like the restaurant wanted what’s best for the customer, extremely accomodating, large menu range, friendly service and fantastic food! Would rate it 6/5 if I could! Thank you!

We had a family gathering at uncle Leo's to celebrate my birthday. Tim our waiter was amazing. He looked after our 2 tables, nothing was too much for him. Such a kind, caring and happy waiter, thanks Tim for making our night wonderful. Food was amazing, pizza is exactly what everyone claims it to be THE BEST IN MELBOURNE sooo delicious. All of our yummy meals 16 were served at the same time, compliments to the chef, thats quite an achievement. Restaurant is gorgeous, you feel like your in italy. Prices are very reasonable. All staff were happy, friendly and very helpful. I highly highly recommend Uncle Leo's for its delicious food, ambience and excellent customer service. Thanks so much
Two of the waitresses there couldn’t care less about customer service. Food was great and other wait staff were nice. Too bad they brought the team down.
Great food, great location, staff, not so much. This would be my preferred pizza place, but staff are dismissive and unattentive. They don't acknowledge you upon arrival and forget your there. I don't dine in, just pick up, often kept waiting for several minutes before someone says 'can I help you'. Perhaps dine in is a different experience. The staff situation is strange, as they are not teenagers just not wanting to be there, but look like they could own the place. I think it would be much more popular if the staff made more of an effort. But the pizza will not disappoint. It must be pretty good if I keep on returning!
I tried this place upon recommendation from someone.. Might I say, being a regular in Lygon Street for years it was so refreshing to finally find a place that makes traditional pizza. Very generous servings, I struggled to finish a medium.. I think it's changed hands since and I havn't been back much but from what I've heard on here the quality hasn't changed which is good to see.
Randomly, walked in been past 100 times ,soon as we sat down, I over heard some people, say they'd been going there sence the 80,s & drove from Bacchus marsh I,straight away new this was going to be a great Italian place ,& too my delight it was great service, excellent food well worth the trip ,I'd imagine you would have to get in early, to get a seat ,we where lucky, there's an old saying build it & they we come
