Edit: 09-11-2021 approx 22:25 The guy in the cooking area consuming food, touching customer orders without cleaning hands, no mask on his face. While the girl working there had her mask on and working so well. This guy is a shame. Don’t want to buy from this kitchen again. Alas.. this is my local kitchen.. Wish they monitor store cameras regularly Photo added : extra large pizza with extra small toppings Thumbs down Box itself tells the whole story. Their level of cleanliness and care is amazing, in negative direction though. That too in these covid times in stages 4 restrictions. Just imagine how the pizza would be if the box looks like this. The worst is that i bought this pizza for a birthday party. Perfect party spoiler and dangerous health hazard.
Nothing about the food, but delivery driver was told on the website to have change for a $50 for a $43 order when he arrived he russled around his pocket like he had no change and manage to give a $2 coin back and said I could go get the rest at 10.30pm at night, honestly if your going to be given a tip you will, don't just give yourself a tip. RUDE. AND the store is less than a 3 minute drive away and paid a $5 Sunday surcharge bloody rip-off!
Last night I ordered 3 large veggie pizzas 2 large perry paneer and 1 large veggie supremefor my staff in occasion of birthday celebration bcz they all are vegetarian but I got 2 small and 1 peproni pizza. Totally money waste service I faced. We love dominos but ur service makes us really ashamed in front of my staff and upset.I never did any poor rating to any place but ur bad n wrong food service forced me to do that. Dominos is most people favourite so plz don't make it fall down by ur mistakes.

I orderd indi chicken tikka no proper toppings on pizza. Not well cooked. Just a liitle bit of stuff. Very disappointed
worst place to buy domino pizza. I ordered ordered pizza from this store on 17/03/2022 through deliveroo and it never arrived , I attempted to contact the shop but noone picked up the phone . Please refund my money full amount and compensate me for my trouble . this place is a scam do not buy domino pizza from this shop at all cost Update 18/03/2022. Spoke with the manager Bhargav and agreed to give me a refund . overall conclusion : unreliable and dishonest driver who would steal your food
If you like being on hold for over 10 mins every time you call, definitely give this place a try. To give yourself the best experience too, walk inside the dominos store while calling them, so you can see 1-2 employees actively ignoring the phone and literally doing jack all usually having a chat with other coworkers until they eventually decide to answer the phone. Absolutely incredible.
Walked in on the 21st of December. A staff member poked their head out to see who walked in and the went back out the back. No problem, I was sure they would be back in a second or two. I could hear the staff just chatting away out back. After almost 10 minitues it was getting ridiculous so I start yelling out. "Hello, Hello." Still no one comes out. The order screen was empty and I can still hear the staff just talking away. Soooo.... I called the store. That's sure to get their attention. The phone almost rang out before they even came around the counter. I honestly thought they where going to ignore the phone it rang so long. Two staff came out from the back. I pointed to my phone to show it was me calling. The woman just stopped mid track didn't even go to the counter barked at the guy to take the order then walked to a counter and pretended to work. She didn't even apologize, just forced him to take the order even though she was closer with an expression on her face like I had insulted her. The guy was really nice toke my order. Said 10 min and was waiting near the front when I came back. Unfortunately even the guys customer service wouldn't be enough to.convince me to come back again. Clearly they arnt that busy just standing around chatting all day.
Ordered thru Uber Eats about a week ago on a Thursday night. No update on delivery time and NOT ANSWERING PHONES. The order was eventually cancelled well after an hour after it was made. Won’t use again and l suggest others don’t either. Piss Poor performance
Good pizza place, customer service can be a little slower at times but food always come out as the promise time and quality is usually at the Domino's standard.
