I've seen a lot of bad reviews about this restaurant and having eaten there recently I now know that most people write reviews with an agenda or an 'axe to grind'. Venue is well placed. Decor is subdued and relaxing. Waitstaff are friendly and personable. Meal timing is relaxed and well paced to allow conversation and enjoyment of the courses. Food was excellent. We had the marinated lamb and pork belly mains. Dessert was also very good. Please ignore the plebeian musings of the fast food critics. You will not be disappointed when eating here
I celebrated my daughters 18th birthday here. She wanted something classy with professional service. Out west really!!! - not much came to mind except for this little gem. The service provided by Baffetti was in one word brilliant the staff tendered to every request our table made with haste and willingness. Made me feel important. Thanks
Gone there about 3years ago for my BIRTHDAY.KIDS CHOICE? ORDER,SCALOPPINE AL VINO BIANCO; IT WAS ONTHE MENU.SCALOPPINE SUPPOSE TO BE YOUNG VEAL.IT WAS NOT,IT WAS BEEF CAMOUFLAGED AS YOUNG VEAL.& TO PRICED at close $300 included drinks.
Current owners appear to struggle understanding what good customer service is about. Disappointed - went again recently forced and didn't see any improvement in service.
So sad to say goodbye to you guys. Mum, Mark and I will miss your friendly service and banter. Good luck for the future
