LaCachette is a French cafe in the heart of Alexandria, located on the corner of Mitchell and Maddox Streets, La Cachette is open 7 days a week serving great coffee and delicious food. We also provide catering for local business and residents, which can be tailored for your requirements.

La Cachette strives to serve the very best possible which includes many products that are handmade on-site or sourced from quality local suppliers.

La Cachette has a very diverse breakfast menu and daily specails for lunch.

Love getting my iced coffee from here, it's always made perfectly. The waffles are good too! Definitely recommend.
Food was absolutely delicious and very generous portion sizes. Highly recommend the bruschetta to start, with the addition of halloumi it is a decadent treat. Only disappointment was the delivery time, estimated 30mins but took an hour. Cannot fault the food at all though, divine!
Place is a little run down inside , but the staff and the food quality was too notch. A nice gem in the inner city
I love this place. It is neat, quiet and feels like home. Me and my husband enjoy the fresh orange juice and the coffee. My favorite food here is the Veggie Breakfast!! The staff is kind and friendly, always with a smile!
Delicious!! Pancakes and french toast, just perfect. Big portions, great flavors, good price. And the waitress was super patient with me taking ages to choose what to eat. Basically I recommend to go with your+1, order both pancakes and the French toast and then share :
This place is a hidden gem! They have a great selection of dishes, sweet treats and beverages. It appears to look like a cafe/coffee shop but they have a full restaurant menu and the food is great. Employees are also very friendly and it is a nice venue to eat at or take away.
Cute little place. Good value and lots of menu options - there's something for everyone : smoked salmon and egg brekkie wrap was super good. I could have devoured 2 of them!
If you thought the coffee was fine, wait to taste the food. Including a plain croissant
Had the French Style Wagyu Beef Burger - very tasty, and the seasoning in the party was delectable. Try the Voltage Extreme Coffee Frappe, you won't be disappointed. Plus the lady who served was super friendly and helpful. It was air-conditioned inside too...
The texture and flavors of all pasta dishes were perfectly blended. Ingredients were fresh and the portion sizes were just great. Pizzas were nice with crispy base and full of toppings. The management team and staff know how to treat guest and are great at making recommendations.
